Delivery

When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 3 to 7 days for an order to be processed and then shipped. Delivery time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:


● GERMANY: 3-4 working days

● US: 3-4 business days

● Europe: 6-8 business days

● Australia: 2-14 business days

● Japan: 4-8 business days

● International: 10-20 business days


Will I be charged customs fees on my order?

International orders may incur an additional customs and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and is collected by your local customs office. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they charge duties and taxes on your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if your package is there

● Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or with your neighbor, contact us at ceo@startedindetroit.com  with your order number.

I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?

We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. So that we can quickly resolve the issue for you, please email us at ceo@startedindetroit.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution!

Returns

We do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by  contacting us at ceo@startedindetroit.com
Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who have received incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at ceo@startedindetroit.com  with photos of incorrect/damaged items and we will sort out the issue for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you are unsure of which size fits better, check out our size charts - we have one for every item listed in our store in the Product Description section. While it is rare, it is possible that an item you ordered has been mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at ceo@startedindetroit.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item and we will send you a new item or issue a refund!
